FAQ
Are there additional costs?
There are no hidden fees or set up fees on any of my services. The prices are based on the amount of work per project or monthly management services. Monthly Management Services are billed monthly, and any overages that may occur will be charged based on the hourly rate within the proposal.
Is there a commitment period?
My Monthly Management Services require a three-month commitment. After the initial three months, services are on a month to month basis. 30 days is required for the cancellation of services. Any services that are requested under three months will be considered project-based which will be paid in full or discussed further on an individualized payment plan.
What else is included?
My Monthly Management Services include two 30-minute strategy calls each month. Each call will include updated planning, check-ins, and consistent communication about on-going work. Email and phone business support are also within business hours.
How do I get started?
My belief is to create clear and actionable goals by analyzing existing strategies and practices to identify new areas for improvement or how the business will scale up.
